Hands On Training... Like You Have Never Before Experienced

Workshops

with Delinda offer a one or two day hands-on intensive in a small group setting. Delinda works with every dog and handler individually within the group to address specific problems and training solutions tailored just for you. Her workshops are fun and packed with information, adding value to everyone, whether a novice or expert handler. Delinda is a master at creatively synergizing dogs and people, artfully handling the flow of the experience and teaching you things you never imagined. She excells at setting up the right simulations and environments that challenge each attendee and presents insightful and compelling solutions to every challenge. You will walk away having a course of practical actions to obtain your goals. Every workshop includes Delinda's Orientation. Workshops may be individually scheduled for breed and sports clubs, shelters and rescues, service dog groups, or through commercial venues. Fundraising opportunities are available. Every workshop will have an early registration discount. Workshop prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Private Sessions

with Delinda are offered in your own home or other location of your choice required to set up just the right training scenario you need. Delinda will help you recreate and problem solve any situation your furry friend presents. The goal is more harmonious living for both you and your dog. Having a well-trained dog is an absolute joy. Relieving the stress associated with behavior problems is more healthy for everyone in your household and can increase the life-span of your dog. Private sessions are available: 1) in conjunction with prescheduled workshops in any location around the US, 2) without a workshop when there is a large enough group in any location requesting Private Sessions, and 3) in Northern New Mexico on a regular basis. Private Sessions are $75/hr in Taos and $85/hr outside Taos, NM.

Lectures/Demonstrations

are given as special events for pet stores, grooming and day care centers, shelters, breed and sports clubs, and charitable organizations. These events raise awareness about dog behavior tendencies, our role in affecting behavior, and present problem-solving solutions. From 1 hour to 3 hours, the event is tailored to suit the needs and interest of your group. Fundraising opportunities are available. Lecture/Demonstration prices are quoted on a case by case basis.

Community Sessions

are ongoing 3-hour group training sessions that take place twice a month only in Taos, NM. To attend a Community Session with Delinda, you must who first attend an Orientation Session (Taos Only) or Workshop (multiple locations throughout the US) with Delinda. Each Community Session is specificly tailored for the attendees of that session, addressing the individual training needs for each attendee. Delinda artfully structures every session to address multiple needs and experience levels, from puppies to elderly dogs, from new handlers to experienced ones. Community Sessions are $12/dog.

Orientations

are given as an integral part of every workshop experience with Delinda and also 3-4 times/year in Taos, NM as a precursor to attending her Community Sessions. The Orientation is for people only - no dogs are brought in to the Orientation. This is so everyone can focus, hear clearly, ask questions, take notes and better retain the information we will need in order to get the most out of when we get to the training sessions with dogs. All attendees receive a note booklette on the information presented. Orientations may be presented as an individual event before a scheudled workshop and open to public or may be included in the workshop. Orientations are $15/person.
